Privacy

This is the whole privacy policy, and it is short because there is almost nothing to say.

Your reading progress never leaves your device. When you tick a verse, it is saved in your own browser's local storage on this device only. It is never sent to a server, because there is no server that stores your data. We cannot see what you have read, how far you have got, or where you have stalled.

No account. There is nothing to sign up for and no email to give. Nothing identifies you.

No tracking, no analytics, no cookies for tracking. We do not use analytics or advertising trackers.

You are in control of your backups. The backup image and code are generated in your browser and only leave your device if you choose to download or share them. They contain which verses you have read, nothing more, and nothing about who you are.

Hosting. The site itself is static files served by our host. Standard server request logs (such as your IP address) may be processed by the host to serve the page, as with any website, but the site sends them nothing about your reading.

If we ever add anything that changes this, it will be said plainly here first.
